Our beautiful 17th Century Grade 11 listed Thatched home is set in 3/4 acre of beautiful gardens within the sleepy Hamlet of Bambers Green Takeley, which is just 5 Minutes from Stansted Airport / Railway Network system OR  5 Minutes from the M11 which takes you South into the Heart of London or North into the Picturesque Counties of Cambridge, Suffolk & Norfolk. Even though we are so close to the airport, we do not get any of the airport related noise, so please don't worry - you can certainly look forward to the most relaxing & rejuvenating sleep.  

Our rooms are named after the wild game birds that are constantly frequenting our gardens and can always be seen wandering around.  

Bambers Green Circuit is a well recognised walk (around 5K) and you will always see walkers or joggers going past.  The walk is lovely & very rejuvinating!
